We work by appointment. We will confirm the appointment a day in advance via telephone( whatsapp). If you are unable to make your appointment please cancel 24 hours in advance or ASAP by unforeseen circumstances. We will reschedule you at your earliest convenience.
If you have dental insurance( SZV, ENNIA, FATUM, NAGICO, PANAMERICAN), we require a guarantee letter for services. We are happy to provide you with an estimate.
If you have a dental emergency, such as severe toothache, broken tooth, trauma or any other urgent dental issue, please call our office immediately. We strive to accommodate emergency cases as quickly as possible.
It is generally recommended to visit the dentist every six months for a routine check-up and cleaning. However, the frequency of visits may vary based on individual needs and oral health conditions.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, debit cards and bank transfers
We do not accept credit cards
It is recommended that children visit the dentist by their first birthday or within six months after the first tooth erupts.
Early visits help establish good oral hygiene habits and allow us to monitor your child’s dental development.
